# Manage your account

> Update your name, check your sign-in identity, and distinguish personal settings from workspace settings.

Open the workspace menu at the top of the sidebar and select **Your account**. Your account page shows the name and email address associated with your sign-in.

Switch workspaces or open your account from one menu. Workspace settings are shown to admins.



## Update your name

Edit **First name** and **Last name**, then select **Save changes**. Wait for the save confirmation before leaving the page. If saving fails, the page keeps an error visible so you can try again.

Your email address is displayed as your sign-in identity. It is not an editable field on this page. Contact [help@thoughtly.com](mailto:help@thoughtly.com) if you need help with the identity used to access Lira.

## Choose a workspace

Manage optional training reminders, certificate reminders, and weekly team summaries in **Email notifications** on this page. See [email notifications](https://lira.thoughtly.com/docs/workspace/email-notifications) for schedules and essential messages.

Use the workspace menu to move between workspaces you belong to. Your selected workspace determines which scenarios and assignments you see. Your role may be different in each workspace.

Changing your profile does not change your workspace role or reporting relationship. Ask a workspace admin if you need different permissions, a different manager, or access to another workspace.

## Sign out and sign back in

Select **Sign out** in the workspace menu when you finish on a shared device or need to change accounts. Use the email address connected to your invitation when you sign back in.

If the workspace is missing or you reach an access-pending screen, avoid creating a second account as a workaround. Check the invitation address and follow [access troubleshooting](https://lira.thoughtly.com/docs/troubleshooting/access).

Personal account details belong here. Company information, certificate branding, and workspace privacy are separate admin settings.
