Welcome to Lira
Build confidence through realistic practice, focused feedback, and a clear next step.
On this page
Lira helps you rehearse conversations before they matter. Choose a scenario, speak with an AI counterpart in your browser, and review feedback grounded in your conversation.
Your practice loop
- Choose a scenario. Explore the scenarios available in your workspace. Assigned scenarios appear prominently, alongside other opportunities to practice.
- Read the brief. Understand your counterpart, the situation, your goal, and the scoring rubric.
- Have the conversation. Check your microphone, start the call, and practice in your own words.
- Pick one thing to improve. Review the available feedback, replay useful moments, and try again.
A scenario is a simulation. Agreeing to a meeting or next step during a practice call does not book a real meeting or contact a customer.
Find your way around
| Area | What you can do |
|---|---|
| Scenarios | Browse scenarios and open your assigned challenges. |
| Progress | Return to your attempts and available feedback. |
| Certificates | View the credentials you have earned. |
| Leaderboard | See qualifying submitted results, when your workspace enables rankings. |
| My prep | Prepare privately for a particular meeting, when available in your workspace. |
Managers and admins have additional controls for creating scenarios, assigning training, and reviewing results they are authorized to see. Your workspace role determines which controls appear.
Practice and sharing are separate
Practicing does not automatically submit your conversation to a manager. Workspace privacy settings determine what is retained and which sharing options are available. Earning a certificate does not require publishing it.
