Scenarios brings the scenarios you can access into one collection. Assigned work appears prominently under Your next challenges, with more published scenarios available to explore below.

Assigned challenges appear first. Search, filter, and sort the same collection to find your next conversation.

Find the right challenge

  • Search scenarios to find a title or relevant scenario content.
  • Use Products to narrow the collection when more than one product is available.
  • Open the filter control to choose a difficulty.
  • Sort by Newest first, Most popular, or A–Z.

Most popular reflects practice activity, not a recommendation that a scenario is the right difficulty for you. Open the scenario to read its goal and requirements before you begin.

Cards show useful context such as the product, estimated call length, practice activity, and your own status. Assigned to you identifies an assignment; Certified or a personal best reflects your previous progress.

Complete an assignment

Open the assigned card and start practice from that scenario page. This keeps your attempt connected to the assignment and its published requirements. If the assignment has a due date, it appears with the assigned challenge.

An assignment is completed by meeting its certificate requirements in a qualifying attempt. Submission is a separate sharing decision; it is not the action that earns the certificate.

When the collection looks empty

Select Clear filters to remove search and filter restrictions. Check the workspace menu if you expected a different collection. A workspace admin or manager may need to publish or assign a scenario before you can access it.

Managers and admins also see status filtering for Drafts and Closed scenarios and a Create scenario action. Those controls do not appear for trainees.

For scenarios you can edit, the card opens the current published version, including its latest difficulty. If you have an assignment on an earlier version, select Open your assigned version on the scenario page to continue that assignment with its original settings.
