Prepare privately for a meeting
Build a conversation brief for a particular meeting and practice without submitting it to your team.
On this page
My prep is for practicing a particular meeting, rather than completing a shared training scenario. Your prep, customer files, and related practice stay private to you.
Find a saved preparation
The search field above My prep finds saved preparations by meeting title or customer. Select a title or Open prep to return to its brief. This list uses the same search field and table spacing as the workspace’s other collections.
Build your brief
Open My prep and create a preparation. Start with the customer or company context, then describe the person you will speak with and the situation.
Useful details include:
- The counterpart's role and what they already know.
- Your previous relationship and how the conversation will begin.
- Known challenges, priorities, and current tools.
- Likely objections or questions.
- The concrete outcome you want to reach.
Add relevant customer files if you have permission to use them. Keep unknown information unknown rather than inventing facts about the customer. Review the resulting brief and make corrections before practicing.
Practice the meeting
Complete the customer, desired outcome, and call setup. Choose the available difficulty, language, and voice settings, then select Start practice. The same microphone check used for scenario practice prepares your browser call.
Return to the prep's practice history to open an attempt and review available feedback. Retained recordings and transcripts depend on the workspace's privacy policy and the content available for that attempt.
Private prep is not an assignment
Private prep cannot issue a training certificate, complete a shared assignment, or contribute to a leaderboard. It does not provide a submission action for managers to review it.
Delete a prep
Use Delete meeting prep when you no longer need it, and review the confirmation. The prep and its private source files are deleted; the action cannot be undone.
For a repeatable challenge shared with a team, ask a manager or admin to create a scenario instead.
