A workspace keeps an organization's scenarios, people, assignments, and settings together. Your role belongs to that workspace, so your access may differ between workspaces.

Switch workspaces or open your account from one menu. Workspace settings are shown to admins.

Switch workspaces

Open the workspace menu at the top of the sidebar and choose a workspace. The selected workspace is marked in the list. If you cannot see the workspace you expected, check that you signed in with the email address used for your invitation.

The same menu provides Your account and Sign out. Your account page shows your profile information; the menu keeps those details out of the navigation.

Understand your role

RoleTypical access
TraineePractice available scenarios, review personal progress, and manage their own certificate sharing.
ManagerPractice and author scenarios, assign training to people they manage, and review eligible submitted results within that scope.
AdminManage the workspace, its people and roles, workspace settings, and training across the workspace.

Managers can edit scenarios they created; admins can manage scenarios throughout their workspace. A manager's access to people and submitted results is limited to the people they manage.

Being an admin or manager does not grant access to everyone's unsubmitted practice or private meeting prep. Workspace privacy still applies.

Join or change access

Use your invitation to join the workspace. If your invitation has expired, was revoked, or uses a different email address, ask a workspace admin for help. Only an authorized admin can change your workspace role.

If a control is missing, first check your selected workspace and role. See access troubleshooting if you still cannot reach something you need.
