An attempt brings the available recording, transcript, and feedback together. Recording and transcript availability depend on the content saved for that call, workspace privacy, and retention.

Play the recording and follow the transcript alongside it. Select a timestamp to revisit that moment.

Listen with the transcript

Select the play control to start the recording. Use the timeline to seek, the 10-second controls to move backward or forward, and the playback-speed menu to listen at a comfortable pace.

The transcript follows the conversation during playback. Where timing data is available, the active passage and words are highlighted as the recording plays. If you scroll to read elsewhere, you can return to the playback position using the transcript's follow control.

Select a timed transcript passage or a highlight's play button to jump to that part of the recording. Highlights connect the feedback to specific moments instead of requiring you to search the whole conversation.

Understand missing content

StateWhat to do
Recording or transcript is preparingKeep the attempt available and return when processing has finished.
No recording savedRead the transcript or feedback that is available; not every call has retained audio.
Recording could not be loadedPress play to retry after checking your connection.
Transcript is no longer availableAccess or retention may have changed; refreshing cannot restore deleted content.

Audio and transcript are separate. A missing recording does not necessarily mean the transcript or feedback is missing too.

Reviewing does not publish

Playing your own recording does not submit your attempt or enable leaderboard audio. Sharing is a separate action, subject to workspace settings and the options you choose.

Read submitting and sharing before sharing a replay, or privacy to understand retention and access.
