Practicing, earning a certificate, and submitting an attempt are separate actions. You can review an attempt before choosing to share it.

Submission is available for eligible completed attempts connected to an assignment, when the workspace privacy mode allows it. Private meeting prep and author test calls cannot be submitted as training results. An unassigned practice attempt may therefore have no Submit control.

Review before submitting

Open the attempt and select Submit. Read the dialog before confirming:

  • In Submitted results mode, a submission makes the available score, feedback, and call content accessible to authorized reviewers. Managers can review people they manage; workspace admins have workspace-wide reviewer access.
  • In Anonymous team scores mode, the dialog asks for consent to contribute to anonymous team rankings. It does not create named reviewer access.
  • Activity only mode does not offer result submission.

In Submitted results mode, submitting an eligible attempt with retained call content can create a replay link. Anyone with that link can replay the available conversation without signing in. Check the dialog and the content before you share it outside Lira.

Use Copy link to copy an available replay URL. Use Turn off link to revoke that URL. Turning off a replay link does not withdraw the submission from authorized reviewers.

Audio sharing is a separate choice

When eligible, Also share audio on the leaderboard is a separate, per-attempt option. It requires recorded audio and is not implied by completing practice or earning a certificate.

Withdraw a submission

The submitted section of an attempt provides a withdrawal control. Withdrawal removes submission-based reviewer and ranking access and revokes its replay link. It does not undo an earned certificate or restore content that has expired.

See privacy for the effect of workspace privacy changes and certificates for the separate certificate-sharing flow.
