Review and export the audit log
Find workspace changes and support access, inspect an event, and export matching activity.
On this page
Workspace admins can open Settings → Audit log to review activity in the selected workspace. Managers and trainees cannot view or export this history. Confirm your workspace before investigating a change.
On narrower screens, use the Settings section menu to choose Audit log or move to another settings section.
Find an event
The audit log shows activity recorded by Lira, including supported changes to people, teams, scenarios, assignments, certificates, workspace settings, and AI agent connections, alongside support access. It is not a history of every page visit or private practice conversation. New event coverage starts when that capability becomes available; earlier actions are not reconstructed.
Use All activity, Successful, Denied, or Errors to choose an outcome. Search activity or people, choose a time period, or use Filter activity to select an activity type or person. Filters stay in the page URL so refreshing or using Back preserves your view.
Select Refresh to load the latest activity. Older activity opens the next page; Newest returns to the first page. If an older page has expired or its filters changed, choose Newest activity and try again.
Inspect activity
Each row shows the activity, person, date and time in UTC, and result. Select its activity label to reveal the event ID, affected resource, and available operation or support-session details. Select the label again or Close event details to collapse it.
Successful, Denied, and Error describe the action's outcome. Syncing or Delivery delayed describes delivery to the audit provider; it does not mean an otherwise successful workspace change failed. Delayed delivery can recover without repeating the original action.
Audit events contain action and access information, including actor names and resource identifiers. They do not expose scenario text, prompts, scores, transcripts, recordings, credentials, or tokens. The audit log does not grant access to private practice results or bypass the workspace's privacy rules.
Export matching activity
Choose Export CSV to prepare a file using the current search, outcome, time period, activity, and person filters. The export includes all matching retained events, including matches beyond the page currently displayed. It does not export only the visible page.
An export supports up to 1,000 matching events. If more match, narrow the time period or other filters, then export again. Lira reports the limit instead of silently leaving events out. Wait for CSV download prepared and check your browser's downloads.
If preparation fails, your filters remain available. Check your connection and choose Export CSV again. If your session or access changed, sign in again and confirm that you still have an active Admin role in the correct workspace. CSV export requires your own workspace Admin session.
Exported files contain audit information. Share and store them according to your organization's access and retention requirements.
Retention and unavailable history
The page displays the workspace's audit retention period. Each selected time range is limited to retained events; All retained activity does not include expired history. The log reads Lira's recorded events and applies the workspace's current audit-provider retention policy. It does not import unrelated provider events.
If the history or retention policy cannot be loaded, select Try again. Lira does not show an unlimited or unverified history when that policy is unavailable. No matching activity means the current filters found no events; clear the filters or select a different time period. No activity recorded yet means no events are available in the selected retained window.
See workspace settings for configuration changes, privacy and retention for practice data, or contact support if an issue persists.
