Review submitted results
Find the training results you can review and give focused, actionable coaching.
On this page
Results is for eligible attempts learners have chosen to submit. It is not a view into every private practice call.
In Submitted results mode, admins can review submitted training within the workspace. Managers can review eligible submissions from people they manage. Private prep, unsubmitted practice, and unavailable content remain outside that access.
Find a result
Use the search field to find a person or scenario. Choose Last 7 days, Last 28 days, Last 90 days, or All time, and open Filter to narrow by scenario or manager. Remove an active filter using its chip below the toolbar.
The New and Reviewed views separate submissions that need attention from those already reviewed. The table shows each person's scenario, score, certificate status, review status, and submission date. Select a scenario title to open its result, or a person's name to open their profile.
Results display ten submissions per page. Use Previous, Next, or the page number to browse a longer history. The count below the table shows which results are on the current page.
An empty view can mean there are no submitted attempts in the current scope or that filters exclude them. It does not necessarily mean people have not practiced.
Overview date range
The date selector on Overview updates participation, practice activity, certificates, assignment progress, and submissions ready for review. Choose Last 7 days, Last 28 days (the default), or Last 90 days. The selected range stays in the URL when you refresh or use Back and Forward.
Activity is compared with the immediately preceding period of the same length. Assignment progress includes currently active assignments and assignments completed during the selected period; older completed assignments are excluded. Current team standing is the current leaderboard position, independent of the date filter.
Select View results under the review list to keep the same date range on the Results page. Existing role permissions and workspace privacy settings apply to every period.
Review in context
Open a submission to see its scenario, attempt, and original scoring requirements. Start with the outcome, then inspect the skills and supporting moments. Play the recording or read the transcript when retained content is available.
Skills not demonstrated receive zero, including in short calls. Not scored means the attempt could not be evaluated, rather than that the performance was poor. A score based on incomplete capture can support coaching, but does not establish certificate eligibility.
Give a useful next step
Use the available coaching controls to add a note and mark the submission reviewed. Make the note specific: identify a moment, explain its effect, and suggest one behavior to try next. Learners can return to submitted feedback and acknowledge it.
Coaching notes do not replace the saved rubric or recalculate the certificate qualification. If the scenario itself needs a better standard, update its next version separately.
Privacy can limit this screen
Anonymous team scores mode provides aggregates, not named result review. Activity only mode retains participation and credential completion without reviewer access to detailed scores or call content. Learners can also withdraw submissions.
See workspace privacy for the exact boundaries and recordings and transcripts for playback help.
